The journey to Self-love begins with you making the commitment and choice to “BE ALL THAT YOU ARE MEANT TO BE.” You must decide that you are willing to “go through” what is holding you back from experiencing the life you are here to enjoy and live. No one can make this choice for you, it’s up to you. There is no way to take a short cut to circumvent what is keeping you in the past, you must go courageously into the illusions of your past to become liberated from it.

I will guide you authentically through to release the old beliefs, behaviors and chains that keep you limited so that you may experience the gifts that have been held for you up until now. I have been to the depths of pain and suffering within myself, so I share with the insight and knowingness that FEAR, GUILT, SHAME, BLAME and SUFFERING are self-inflicted and cause us to live within a prison we have created for ourselves. Choose You!

Change is something we have all resisted, and yet it is the one thing that you can count on occurring whether you embrace it or not. I know that you can remember having resistance to something in your life; yet no matter how you attempted to “pretend not to notice”, the truth was there all along. The old adage “what we resist persists” is true as the Universe is neutral and simply follows the energy. So what are you focused on?

I am an agent of change; I thrive amongst change because I choose to embrace and allow the new to be revealed. I find the new to be exciting. I offer you a new viewpoint to allow change to support you and your dreams. Change brings forth new insight and wisdom while enhancing our life’s dreams and experiences.

We have all felt as if life is happing to us. We can feel out of control and don’t know what’s next. Are you giving up your authority and right to choose by taking the path of least resistance? Being a victim is different than being victimized. It is time to OWN your life and to take responsibility for ALL that you have experienced without judgement.

How do you really want to be living your life? The CHOICE is yours, simply choose to say “YES, it’s my life to live. “ There is no circumstance, life event or person can make the choice for you, it’s an illusion that we have all allowed ourselves to believe. It is NOT THE TRUTH!

Choose to be VICTORIOUS and RESPONSIBLE for the life you are living. I am living proof that we can rise from the ashes of what we once believed ourselves to be, and reclaim all the parts of who we have always been.  As you allow and see yourself from an expanded view, you become brighter. If or when you might doubt yourself, I am here as a reflection of who you are.

I believe that you have heard the term “Keys to the Kingdom.” This is funny because it denotes that we have lost them, and perhaps some believe that there is only one way to find them again. I am here to tell you that there is ONE KEY and it has been within you all along. How often have you gone looking for answers and solutions to: health, love, joy, the perfect love relationship and abundance?  Do you feel like any of these elude you? Do you automatically turn to blame, shame and guilt?  It’s NOW time to let those old beliefs go and choose to take responsibility to create differently.

The KEY to the Kingdom is YOU! I will assist you in unlocking your heart and discovering that all that you desire is already within YOU. Allowing means that we “ask” and then move on or let go so that the Universe has the permission to “deliver” what’s in our highest and best good.  I will assist you in “allowing” yourself to receive.            

Now is the most empowering moment there is. We are taught to navigate our lives from our past and then head into the future as the NOW Moment can be a bit frightening. Being present means that you are taking responsibility for ALL that you experience because it is your creation. If you truly desire to be FREE, it is imperative that you live and be totally present NOW.

My entire career has been in sales, and sales leadership. In sales you are always in the future, as no one cares about what you did yesterday. I can authentically share that I had many years of training that was contradictory to being in the NOW, yet as part of my path my heart truly desired to be free from limitations and constrictions of old beliefs and experiences. I chose to Be Here NOW with you on PURPOSE.
